What is MfDR?

MfDR is a management approach with a focus upon performance management. It is linked to all phases of the management cycle, form planning to reporting.  Other names for MfDR include Results Based Management, (RBM), Results Management and Performance Management and Assessment.

MfDR has a number of activities  The Management Cycle shown on the right  highlights the cyclical nature of MfDR and the importance of using results based (evidence based) information to improve organization performance.
